It was another fruitless day for me, another colorless day. It started when i woke up too early in the morning. i took the earlier bus and got to school earlier. Only to discover that it was deserted. To cheer myself up, i tried playing my handphone. However,i got bored of it a few weeks ago. I tried doing my homework, but that idea was messed up too. As i pondered for a solution to solve this diesease of bordom, my eyes swept over the computer. it was just lying there, waiting... waiting... It seemed to call out to me. Use me.... use me!...... Should i use it, and break the rules, or should i leave it. Just when i decided to use it, Nigel barged into class and took it from my grasps. *Sob*. At that moment, a arguement broke out. Matthew claims that we should not use the computer and only IT reps (like me) can use it while Darren opposed it. In the end, nigel managed to beat Matthew in the arguement and Matthew cried. Again. Not a nice way to start my day, isit?

It was weird, but Philmann was unusually quiet today. But good things do not last. He reverted back to his old self. It was still a miracle. Mabye it was the talk Chao Lao Shi gave to him. Anyways we wasted a whole chinese lesson to discussing about how to deal with Philmann. It was the fastest lesson ever. Team Fortress 2 dosent work on my comp :(. Hopefully more people will join the class forum, especially philmann so we can flame him.

Blog Prompt

People with experience in their work are needed to teach the amature workers. Although some people may not agree with this statement, as they prefer young people in their workforce as they have more strength and can do mroe work than elderly people. They think that old people will just be a hinderance to their work as they are weak and have no strength. However, i think that experience is an important factor in the workforce, as the experienced people know what they are doing, what they are supposed to do and how to do it efficiently. If the people have no experience , they will end up doign things wrongly and in the end, in the end destroying what they are supposed to do.

Term 1 Week 3 Blog Prompt

Have you realized that through all the things you have gone through in your years to becoming a teenager, you have not accomplished anything big and useful? When i say big and useful, i mean that something that can impact your life so much that it will have an effect on your life many years in the future. Most people have not. Do you want to make an impact on your future life?
If you do, you will have to make GOALS. Goals are something that you strive towards to, work hard to achieve and a sort of standard you have to reach by a fixed time. If you set goals, you will have something to aim at. It is a sort of guideline to guide you on your way to success. you will know what you are trying to achieve when you learn. So, set goals! You will be astonished by how much you progress.

NOOOOOOO! Tests are coming! what am i gonna do, what am i gonna do?????????????? Chinese and Maths test just passed, and i think i flunked it. How am i going to survive? im too young to die! Anyway, im gonna try 2 step up on my posting. hopefully i might be able to pull through secondary 1...

I am now reviewing the story "The Taximan's Story" from the book "Little Ironies".

The irony of this story is that the taxi driver depends on the young people to earn his living, but he is furious at his daughter for being one.

The story is quite realistic as parents nowdays want their children to be better than others. Some parents are even insensitive to what their child is feeling emotionally. They completely neglect their child's social life.

The taximan is overprotective of her daughter and want to keep her away from "bad influence" no matter what, so her daughter can do well. i do not feel sympathy for him as he is simply abusing his daughter. he is jsut thinking about her future and not her present.

I agree with his lamenting as although i do not completely support it. i agree with it as her daughter should not be doing these sort of thing and i disagree as the meaning of life is not to study. her study is good enough already but still her father still wants it to be better.

I feel sympathy for the taximan's daughter as she is being abused and mistreated by her father in wanting her to do well in her studies. she is restricted to what she can do, which is only go to school. other than that all she can do is stay at home.
